Sleeper and PvP Dominix Setup

Please note that I do not have Tech 2 Large Rail skills yet. What should go in the mid slots? I don’t have any experience with ECM so I am looking for advice.

passive armour tanking? how is that supposed to work? the armour doesn’t repair itself passively like shield does…..
Maybe I am using the wrong term. “Buffer” tank? Is that correct? Sorry, new to PVP terms.
Buffer is probably a more accurate term but it doesn’t really matter. Also, what do you mean about fitting a buffer armor tank for NPC’s/Sleepers? I’m assuming you’ll have a friend or alt remote repping you because an armor buffer alone isn’t adequate for PvE situations.
Also, by “Sleeps & PvP” do you mean you’ll be doing wormhole sites and you just want your ship to be prepared for PvP if someone engages you? Or are you actively looking for some PvP? Because the fits will vary considerably based on that distinction.

Buffer tanks only work when somebody’s remote repping you. And, in that case, you need more buffer – say three 1600mm plates.
I suggest you use the standard dual-rep CCC/CR2 domi. You probably won’t be able to fit all highs with guns – fit some salvagers/tractor beams.

I’m assuming that you’re shooting for a buffer tanked rrbs.
-More plates please, drop the magstab for it, as your dps comes from drones… Bonus the thing you’re bonused for! Trimarks are another option.
– Are you assuming an oneiros will be repping you? If not the other rrbs’s in your fleet would appreciate some lrar’s in your highslots.
– you have powergrid for 350mm’s… Use it! You’ll need the range, and they use less ammo.
As for the midslots, drone nav comp is good unless all you use is sentries. Otherwise an omnidirectional tracking link will help the sentry tracking. ECM if you like it, or possibly a target painter. I love the latter on gallente, as you bonus the to-hit on both drones as well as turrets. Missile users in the fleet will thank you as well.
Barring that, bear in mind that 86k will buy you about a minute in a C3 mag. You NEED some kind of active tank.
Well if you want a good buffer tank in a wh then take off that tracking link and replace it with a eanm II, if you really want tracking throw on attacking computer in on of your miss , now also in your miss I would suggest a omni directional tracking link think it’s the one that helps drones track, that should help your drones out a ton you might even web the frigates and your med drones will shred them.
If your ehp is still not where you want it swap outyour mag stab for another 1600mm btw ever consider sentry drones?

For PVE Sleeper, assuming you are going with Remote Reppers the you need to lose all the plates and put resistances there.

as the domi w/ cap boosters, rep drones and 2 RRs in blake’s WH gang, it is indeed irritating to have to heal through 50k of armor just to get him to half armor. some reasons i bitterly thought of as i run out of cap is that if you’re resists are higher, then the repping you get counts for more. like, repping 100 w/ active tanking reps you twice as much ehp than a dude w/ a buffer fit.
